He brings over 30 years of Wine Business Experience to the team.  Randy has significant experience in the fiscal management of building facilities and brands. In Santa Barbara County his experience is with Bridlewood  and in Napa, County Stags Leap Wine Cellars. Randy currently is the General Project Manager for Terravant where his has been key in the custom crush facility project from start to finish. Randy as a General Manager has been key in the project management of Stags Leap Wine Cellars including the culinary caves. Randy brings a conservative eye to valuations and has a talent for troubleshooting. Randy and his wife Katie have three children, and are at home in Solvang, CA.

Vance Rose holds a degree in Business Administration and has 25 years of multi-tier winery experience. He has a proven record in the wine industry and quickly achieves strategic objectives. His in-depth hands on knowledge of the supplier, distributor, and retailer tiers are key in his ability to navigate towards effective and efficient brand growth. Vance has delivered results with brands such as Rosemount Estate (achieving growth from 100,000 cases to 2,000,000 cases), Heron Wines (doubling sales in 2 years), and Ehlers Estate (achieving a spot on The Wine Spectator's Top 100 list).  Vance continues an impressive career, delving into the nuts and bolts of wine marketing on every level. In Texas Vance was a partner in a retail Wines & Sprits store. He ran a statewide distributorship, then went to Brown-Forman a multinational supplier. He continued on to Rosemount Estate where, as Senior VP of Sales & Marketing, he formed and led a team of 28 professionals to achieve record market success. Vance has both global and national winery experience. In addition to brand development he has achieved results in differentiated vineyard development with the 249 acre Donum estate with Carneros Pinot Noir and a 40,000 case Winery, Inn and restaurant in Virginia.  Vance enjoys his consulting with wineries of all sizes and locations around the globe.
